15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) rust on some of the racks in the walk in cooler, 2) rust on lower shelves of prep tables in kitchen, 3) finish peeling on pan wire racks in kitchen, 4) rust on inside bottom of upright cooler in breakfast storage area, 5) rust on lower shelves of tables in banquet room hallway, 6) rust on some racks in liquor bottle storage room in dining area, 7) rust on inside racks of roll top beer coolers in bar. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. (750.690) Next Inspection

(750.1220) Observed the following floor areas to be in poor repair: 1) main kitchen floor with chipped floor tile and no grout in between tiles, 2) chipped cove base in mop sink room, no cove base in hallway leading to mop sink room, 3) no seal on concrete flooring in back room, liquor storage rooms. Provide for all flooring areas to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, durable surfaces, and be maintained in good repair. (750.1200) Next Inspection
